- Jack, I'm not sure you understand economics. If you want a living wage controlled by an ever increasing federal government, all you will do is drive the cost of goods and services higher. As the cost of production increases (wages), the cost of the product will increase.

- seaskip - does your nearsightedness not allow you to see back beyond Bush? Did Bush write the legislation regarding CRA? Did Bush pass massive spending bills in 2007 and 2008? Spending from 2002 to 2012 went up 90% (with the largest increases from 2007 on) while tax revenues went up 60%.
